Refund Policy

At AVENOR PARIS, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, here is our refund policy.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal of 60 days from the date of receipt of your order.

2. How to make a refund request

The process involves 3 simple steps:

Step 1 – Contact us

Send an email to sav@avenorparis.com specifying:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) concerned
  • The reason for your request

Step 2 – Product return

After your request has been approved, return the product(s) according to the instructions provided by our customer service.

Products must be:

  • unused;
  • unopened and untampered with for cosmetic products;
  • returned in their original packaging;
  • in perfect resalable condition.

Step 3 – Refund processing

Upon receipt and verification of the return, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

3. Refund methods

The refund is made using the same payment method as that used when placing the order:

  • Credit card: credit to the card within 3 to 10 working days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: credit to your PayPal account

The refund covers the price of the returned products. Initial delivery costs are not refunded.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the following cases:

  • Product defective or damaged upon receipt
  • Shipping error on our part (wrong product, wrong size)
  • Special commercial operation with free returns

5. Non-refundable items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Products used, washed, or with labels removed
  • Products damaged by the Customer
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale or promotional items with explicit mention of no returns

6. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sav@avenorparis.com, attaching photos of the product and its packaging.

AVENOR PARIS will cover the return costs and will offer, depending on the case: a product replacement, a credit note, or a full refund.
